THE ACF-50 APPLICATION PROCESS

Using specially-designed application equipment, we are able to efficiently and effectively reach even the most hidden areas of the airframe.

Critical components are frequently located in the belly of the aircraft. These are easily treated using our 360 degree flexible wand to fog the entire structure.

Wings, flaps and ailerons are easily reached using the 3/16" and 1/4" stainless steel rods.

Critical structures such as strut attachment points are easily treated with our equipment.

Door frames are easily treated using our flexible wand to fog the entire structure.

It takes about two hours to treat most general aviation aircraft. Our unique application equipment allows us to easily access all areas of the airframe without opening every inspection port. Most of our applicators welcome your participation in the application process by having you remove the wing tips and engine top cowling as well as loosen the fairings around the struts and wing roots.
